Customer Complaints Agent (Full-time, Athens, GR)
Join our Team and contribute to the deployment of our fiber optics & 5G Network projects! As Customer Complaints Agent you will play an integral part in handling customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate recording, tracking, monitoring and analysis of all complaints made to the Customer Service Department.
- Prioritize complaints according to their urgency and influence on the business.
- Investigate the complaints thoroughly within a timely fashion, communicate with complainants and coordinate with other departments to ensure that a complaint is resolved satisfactorily within the agreed timescales
- Review and close complaint files
- Help to maintain the case management system and flag any system changes that may be required to improve service delivery
- Systematically monitor the speed with which investigations are progressing to ensure that good office practice is maintained.
- Ensure learning from complaints is embedded and changes are made to improve service delivery.
- Ensure that every customer receives a positive customer experience on every contact.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Ability to handle and perform in stressful situations
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable experience in a complaint handling or similar role
- Commit to Customer Service
- Understanding of workload management and prioritization
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- PC skills- Use of MS Office systems including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written in German and English (Level C1 and B2 respectively)
