Customer Support Employee – native/bilingual German speaking

The position, which is performed Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00, applies to a Customer Support Agent.
Job description
- Inbound, outbound phone calls and email correspondence addressing customer concerns.
- Coordination of activities between customers and partners.
- Developing the FAQ.
- Tracking customer behaviour.
- Basic troubleshooting.
- Collecting customer’s feedback and responding to customer’s reviews.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be or have:
- A conscientious organized multitasker.
- A team player with strong work ethic.
- A customer-oriented mindset.
- An analytical thinker with a desire for constant self-development, able to perform under pressure of deadlines.
- Exceptionally good command of the German and the English language.
- Previous experience in any type of customer support activities.
- Proficient user of MS OFFICE applications and Google tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in the field of business, marketing, or social studies.
The following will be considered as a plus:
- previous experience with the use of ERP software
