Personal Assistant
Job Description
The personal Assistant is responsible for providing key administrative support to the CEO of the company.
The key duties include:
– Providing general administrative support to the CEO
– Handling phone calls, emails
– Keeping track of CEOs daily schedule
– Keeping minutes to CEOs meetings
– Making travelling arrangements
Requirements
– Degree preferably from a secretary school or in business administration
– At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position
– Excellent knowledge of German language (both oral and written)
– Proficient level of English language (both oral and written)
– Excellent communication and organisation skills
– Ability to thrive under pressure
– Advanced knowledge of MS office suite (word, excel, powerpoint and outlook)
