JOB POSITION: OFFICE COORDINATOR – PERSONAL ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION: The individual will be working under the Managing Director. Multitasking, forward thinking and organizational skills are necessary. Communication with clients, research for business development, excellent communication between management and operational department, offers development, after sales support and follow up with business partners. Also preparation of business trips (flights, meetings schedule…), budgets, wages, project management – time schedules.
Minimum work experience: 2 years
Educational background: University degree will be preferred
Languages: English, excellent written and oral (minimum)
More languages are a plus
