Job description:

  • Customer care & technical support for German speaking projects
  • Receives and places telephone calls and chats
  • Maintains solid customer relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Performs data entry and uses software programs
  • Research to trouble shoot customer problems

Requirements:

  • Native/Excellent speaker of the GermanLanguage
  • Good technical knowledge and skills
  • Flexibility to work 8hrs per day in shifts
  • Fluency in English
  • Good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
