Job description:
- Customer care & technical support for German speaking projects
- Receives and places telephone calls and chats
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Performs data entry and uses software programs
- Research to trouble shoot customer problems
Requirements:
- Native/Excellent speaker of the GermanLanguage
- Good technical knowledge and skills
- Flexibility to work 8hrs per day in shifts
- Fluency in English
- Good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
