EUROPEAN DYNAMICS wishes to employ a young IT Helpdesk Administration Officer fluent in English and with good exposure in Internet Technologies, to work at the company’s premises in Athens on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will join the Helpdesk Administration team, responsible for supporting end-users of software systems developed by the firm. Upon hiring, the successful candidate will undergo an internal training program, in order to become familiar with the Helpdesk operation and supported systems, following which the successful candidate will gradually be integrated with the daily Helpdesk Administration team activities. Once adequate knowledge and experience is accumulated, the successful candidate will evolve within the Helpdesk team for instance to deliver end user training, quality control of Helpdesk responses to client, etc.

Educational Requirements:

• University degree;
• Knowledge of MS-Office tools;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Team spirit, initiative, can do attitude.

Linguistic Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
• Good knowledge of other EU language will be highly appreciated (e.g. French, German, Polish, etc.).

Desired qualifications for ideal candidate:

• Experience with communication to clients or users in a related field will be highly appreciated (IT, sales, etc.);
• Experience as user support officer or helpdesk operator for Internet applications will be highly appreciated;
• Experience in the delivery of user training or with software testing processes and procedures, for the development of Internet applications will be highly appreciated;
• Degree in field related to IT, computer science, engineering or equivalent will be highly appreciated.
