ROLE SUMMARY
ROLE SUMMARY
Purpose of the role is to ensure the execution of the company business strategy by leading the local
Field Sales Force organization while also building and sustaining relationships to relevant key
contacts in the German Trade environment.

- Responsibility for a group of Retail Account Managers
- Manage external Field Sales Force service provider
- Strategic Field Sales Force planning contributing to the national growth plans
- Build and sustain relationships with relevant key decision makers in the German trade
- Manage and control Field Sales Force functional costs and investments
- Responsibility for the performance results as well as for the development of your team
- Achieves required volume/revenue targets in retail trade
- Plans and executes annualized business plans with the Field Sales Force group
- Work in close cooperation cross-functional with Management team, Key Account Management, Customer Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Supply, Finance and
- International Sales team on the expansion of theirmarket position
- Analyses market place and customer retail trends and takes appropriate actions to deliver best results with an effective and efficient field sales force organization
DESIRED SKILL REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE

- Knowledge of German retail business, established contacts to key decision makers on different levels 5-7 years of experience in Sales within FMCG
- Leadership Experience, preferably in Sales, as Key Account or National Key Account
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Mobility and strong interest in working in an international environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking, Business Acumen, acts as a team player in multifunctional teams
- Organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Exposure to Category Management selling techniques
- Understanding and exposure on effective deals/promo management for an account
- University degree
- Very good German and English language skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
