responsibilities
- To act as the first point of contact for all German speaking clients
- To effectively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through various support channels such as calls, emails, chat etc
- To provide an amazing, personalized experience to each customer
- To take every opportunity to delight customers and exceed their expectations
- To maintain solid customer relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
requirements
- Be familiar with high-tech gadgets and customer service
- Be an excellent/native speaker of the German language
- Have fluency in English
- Be PC literate (hardware, software, internet
- Possess strong team spirit and written/verbal communication skills
