Airport Representative

Purpose of the job:
The purpose of the Representative role is to be responsible for ensuring that the Tour Operators are represented properly in the destination and for providing customer support at all times. The role will require you to work with passengers from various different nationalities, providing an excellent customer service level at all time.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Destination Management Company in a similar position
- Excellent command of the German language (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Excellent computer user with experience of Microsoft office
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Time Management
