Operations Assistant – Athens

We are hiring for summer 2020 season for:
Operations Assistant

About the role:
- Update Master data by entering sales and cost rates
- Gets familiar with hotels and bus routes
- Supports destination preparation for new season in any way needed
- Depending on destination: prints out lists from tour operator system
- Depending on destination: does dispatching -the best allocation possible of number of buses, greater number of guests and number of hotels combined with as less stops as possible
- Prepares departure pick up times
About you:
- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
- Good command of the German would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- (Above) average Information Technology User
- Communication skills & team player
- Organizational skills
- Able to work and collaborate in a matrix environment
- Quick learner with strong organization & multi-tasking skills, and an eye-for-detail
- Must be able to work in pressure environments and high-intensity situations
- Customer Service oriented
