Work4u is searching, on behalf of a client in technical industry, for a talented individual that will work as German Travel Administrator in German Language.
Role Responsibilities:
Handling employees’ transportation and accommodation
Booking hotels, houses, flights and car rentals and managing all the relevant documentation
Search for the best quality versus price
Coordinate vendors’ payments
Implementation of cooperation agreements with airlines, hotels, rental companies to improve costs and services
Keeping expenses within budget
Management of travel or accommodation problems
Accurate expense reporting on monthly basis
Qualifications:
Excellent command of the German language(C2)
Excellent communication skills in German written and oral speech
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration AEI/TEI or relevant field or Tourism
Proficient use of Office and Internet
Experience in booking reservations and tourism agencies
Negotiation and communication skills
Multitasking
Critical thinking
