Southmetals, member of a group of companies specialized in industrial equipment, is seeking for an
Administrative Officer
for its newly-founded premises in Kifissia (Attica).
Main Duties:
- Communication and collaboration with colleagues, clients and suppliers (Greece and Europe)
-Handling correspondence, calls, emails
- Development and maintenance of filing systems
- Taking over of daily office administrative tasks
- Organization and coordination of appointments, reservations, meetings, travels etc.
- Organization and maintenance of customer and sales portals
- Administrative support of the Management Team
- Processing of bills and expenses
- Maintenance and ordering of office supplies
- Processing reports and documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience 3-5 years in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the German language (spoken and written)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Aptitude and ability to work independently and analytically
- Customer and team oriented personality
- Ability to travel to customers, suppliers and trade fair exhibitions
