Southmetals, member of a group of companies specialized in industrial equipment, is seeking for an

Administrative Officer

for its newly-founded premises in Kifissia (Attica).

Main Duties:

– Communication and collaboration with colleagues, clients and suppliers (Greece and Europe)

-Handling correspondence, calls, emails

– Development and maintenance of filing systems

– Taking over of daily office administrative tasks

– Organization and coordination of appointments, reservations, meetings, travels etc.

– Organization and maintenance of customer and sales portals

– Administrative support of the Management Team

– Processing of bills and expenses

– Maintenance and ordering of office supplies

– Processing reports and documents

Qualifications:

– Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field

– Proven experience 3-5 years in a similar position

– Excellent knowledge of the German language (spoken and written)

– Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

– Proficiency in MS Office

– Excellent communication and time management skills

– Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

– Aptitude and ability to work independently and analytically

– Customer and team oriented personality

– Ability to travel to customers, suppliers and trade fair exhibitions
