German speaking Customer Service and Sales Advisor
Global Ships Service company looking for a German speaking Sales Advisor to advise and support our German customers.
If you have excellent communication and commercial skills – then this is the role for you.
Main responsibilities
- • Work closely with the customers, understanding & supporting the decision makers’ needs and requirements related to our products complete portfolio.
- • Advise and support customers on what, why, when and where to buy through good commercial and technical guidance.
- • Ensure appropriate problem solving and close cooperation with other functions internally in order to fulfil customer needs in the most efficient way.
Qualifications:
- • Business related studies or relevant work experience in Customer Service
- • Fluent in German & English – both in writing and speaking
- • Computer literate
