This program is designed to capture and nurture tomorrow’s business leaders.
The SAP Sales Academy is an elite graduate sales training program, your first 9 months will look like this:
You will be flown in August 2014 to Dublin California to participate with academy members from across the
Globe. This is an intense accelerated program, during this highly structured curriculum; you will focus on the
business fundamentals which will provide a strong foundation for a sales profession.
Your skills will be developed in the SAP sales methodology, value-based selling techniques, presentation
delivery, deal structuring, negotiation skills, and SAP solutions. You will also have the opportunity to develop
and demonstrate key skills in project management, business acumen, effective teamwork, executive-level
communication and SAP values. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be integrated directly
into the SAP Sales organization, having built your own pipeline and fully engaged in active sales cycles. The
academy will consist of classroom training, combined with hands on mentoring and shadowing of SAP’s most
successful sales individuals.
