`IT Consultant fluent in German

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Consultant, fluent in German, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Bern, Switzerland. The potential candidate may need to come to Athens for initial training. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Analysis, design and monitoring of the implementation of web based IT systems;
• Documentation and training;
• Reporting and communication with client and project team;
• Provide support and assistance with maintenance.

Your skills:

• University degree in Computer Science or related studies;
• Experience with Software development preferably in JAVA environment;
• Knowledge of UML and experience with web based IT systems;
• Experience with Java EE and Relational Database (Oracle RDBMS and JBoss);
• Motivated, flexible, analytical, communicative, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and ready to travel occasionally to other locations in Switzerland;
• Fluent in both English and German, knowledge of French will be an asset.
