Job Description

  • Handle questions or problems via inbound calls and e-mails
  • Providing high level of customer service and technical support.

Profile of the successful candidates:

  • Native speaking or possessing excellent knowledge of the German language.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC (hardware_software_internet), Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team spirit
