Job Description
- Handle questions or problems via inbound calls and e-mails
- Providing high level of customer service and technical support.
Profile of the successful candidates:
- Native speaking or possessing excellent knowledge of the German language.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Excellent knowledge of PC (hardware_software_internet), Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit
