Job Description
- Answering inbound calls and e-mails
- Resolving client queries and problems.
- Providing high level of customer service and technical support.
Profile of the successful candidates:
- Native speaking or possessing excellent knowledge of the German language.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Good knowledge of PC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as aptitude to follow strict procedures and policies, being part of a multinational company
