Technical Support Advisors (Tier 2) _ Fluency in GERMAN
On behalf of one of our clients, a leading multinational CRM company, we are now recruiting enthusiastic candidates to join the German speaking team of a Multicultural Working Environment. Offices are located in Athens Greece.
Job Description
ü Receiving inquiries through inbound calls within a busy technical support team.
ü Acting as the first point of contact for all German speaking clients.
ü Pro-actively responding to customer queries in German and English via inbound calls.
ü Data inputting and information management.
ü Liaising with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues.
The ideal incumbent must possessthe following working experience
ü Advanced knowledge/use in all the below:
- Current Anti-Malware and Firewall products
- Microsoft Windows Family
- Setting up a new system , install an operating system, configure it; install additional necessary software; set-up networking
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
- Knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WLAN)
As well as:
- IT degree (programming, computer science, etc.)
- 2 years previous experience in a Technical Support role (ideally Anti-virus department/client)
- Native or fluent German speakers and fluency in English (Proficiency level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team spirit
- Passionate about customer services
