Η Χριστίνα Θεολογίτη γεννήθηκε το 1958 και είναι αρχιτέκτων μηχανικός με σπουδές στο Παρίσι (ECOLE SPECIALE D’ARCHITECTURE), και μεταπτυχιακά στo UNIVERSITE DE PARIS IV, SORBONNE. Φοίτησε στην Σχολή έως το 1976. Εργάσθηκε στη ΔΕΠΑΝΟΜ Α.Ε. (Δημόσια Επιχείρηση Ανέγερσης Νοσηλευτικών Μονάδων) από το 1985 έως το 2014 με αντικείμενο τη διαχείριση και κατασκευή συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων και προμήθειων Υποδομών Υγείας, τον έλεγχο των μελετών και την παρακολούθηση εκτέλεσης της σύμβασης κατασκευής Περιφερειακών, Πανεπιστημιακών και Γενικών Νοσοκομείων στην Ελλάδα. Από το 2014 εργάζεται στις Κτιριακές Υποδομές ΑΕ (ΚΤΥΠ ΑΕ), εταιρεία του Δημοσίου, που δημιουργήθηκε μετά τη συγχώνευση των ΟΣΚ Α.Ε., ΔΕΠΑΝΟΜ Α.Ε. και ΘΕΜΙΣ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΑΣΤΙΚΗ Α.Ε. και είναι Προϊσταμένη της Διεύθυνσης Συμβάσεων Έργων & Προμηθειών. Εν μέσω της πανδημίας του 2021 σχεδίασε και επέβλεψε την κατασκευή της Μονάδας Εντατικής Θεραπείας (ΜΕΘ) 50 κλινών, πλήρως εξοπλισμένων στο Γ.Ν.Ν.Θ.Α. «Η ΣΩΤΗΡΙΑ», που πραγματοποιήθηκε με δωρεά της Βουλής των Ελλήνων.

Όπως όλοι αντιλαμβανόμαστε η επίβλεψη και μόνον ενός τέτοιου έργου, εν μέσω πανδημίας και lockdown, ήταν μία επικίνδυνη ιστορία για όλους τους εμπλεκομένους, αλλά ήταν κάτι απολύτως απαραίτητο, αφού η Αθήνα χρειαζόταν επειγόντως κρεβάτια σε θέσεις Εντατικής Θεραπείας.

Το έργο συντονίστηκε από δύο εξαιρετικούς γιατρούς, την Μίνα Γκάγκα, η οποία ήταν τότε διευθύντρια της 7ης Παθολογικής και σήμερα Υφυπουργός Υγείας και την Αντωνία Κουτσούκου, διευθύντρια της 2ης Παθολογικής.
