Αρμοδιότητες

– Υποστήριξη 1ου και 2ου επιπέδου στην ομάδα πληροφορικής μέσω απομακρυσμένης συντήρησης μέσω τηλεχειρισμού

– Διαμόρφωση και υποστήριξη συσκευών πληροφορικής (φορητοί υπολογιστές, smartphone, περιφερειακά και εκτυπωτές)

– Υποστήριξη (M365 με Office και Teams, Windows, VPN και διάφορες τυποποιημένες εφαρμογές, λειτουργικά συστήματα Windows Server, Hyper-V)

– Συνεχής βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών και των δομών υποστήριξης ΤΠ μέσω της δημιουργίας τεκμηρίωσης και λύσεων εργασίας

– Υποστήριξη και εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού στην εισαγωγή και χρήση νέων εφαρμογών

Προσόντα

– Καλή γνώση των λειτουργικών συστημάτων MS Windows από την έκδοση 10, Windows Server, Hyper-V

Project Engineer (Full-time, Athens, GR)

As Permits Engineer you will play an integral role in the implementation of our fiber optics & 5G network projects and you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality results in the designing of the required Technical plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Design engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (plans, personnel’s performance) and report to the Project Coordinator regularly on project status
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Engineer team
  • Designing technical plans required by local authorities
  • Collecting all necessary paperwork for the issuance of necessary permits and submission before competent authorities
  • Communication with public premises
  • Permit management.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, telecommunications, or another related technical field
  • Good command of the German language (current level: C1)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD or other similar design and visualization software
  • 1 to 3 years previous working experience in construction or (ideally) in the telecommunication field

Payroll Specialist

Phoenix Engineering GmbH is looking for an experienced and hard-working Payroll Specialist to join our team in Greece. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the payroll process and will be the contact person for all questions regarding payroll for all our employees.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing the monthly payroll and taking into account all respective tax and social security regulations.
  • Assessing extensive issues from the perspective of wage tax and social insurance and implementing these correctly and in an audit-proof manner in the payroll process
  • Checking expenses reports and implementing payroll-relevant components in final Payroll
  • Entering and maintaining personnel’s data in software, such as DATEV LODAS and other internal programs
  • Communication with social insurance agencies, tax authorities and other institutions
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly personnel key figures and statistics
  • Cooperating with different departments, including HR Dpt. to improve payroll service
  • Assist Finance Dpt. in other accounting tasks.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or another related field.
  • Several years (3-5 years) of professional experience as a Payroll Specialist, ideally in construction industry

Join our Team and contribute to the deployment of our fiber optics & 5G Network projects! As Customer Complaints Agent you will play an integral part in handling customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure the accurate recording, tracking, monitoring and analysis of all complaints made to the Customer Service Department.
  • Prioritize complaints according to their urgency and influence on the business.
