Introduction:

We are looking for consultant researchers to join our team and contribute to the implementation of EU funded projects and to the development of proposals for new projects in the areas of territorial cooperation, education & training, and research & innovation. Positions are open to applicants at junior, associate or senior levels.

Role:

The consultant researcher is drafting reports and/or project proposals as the company’s contractual and development obligations require. The selected collaborators should be capable to draft bids, studies, surveys, analyses, policy action plans, needs and requirement analyses, educational resources, etc. Day-to-day activities include a combination of the following items (with more senior applicants being expected to work autonomously and more junior ones with the support and guidance of more experienced colleagues):

 Contribution to the research design of the project deliverables and proposals.

 Carrying out empirical research and documentation for the analysis work.

 Design data collection (e.g. questionnaires, case studies) and conduct appropriate statistical and content analysis.

 Produce analysis and draft deliverables relying on the empirical research carried out.

 Explain and analyse complex concepts destined for decision makers in a structured, clear and precise language.

 Contribute to company functions related to the management of R&D projects, coordination of European research consortia, and reporting to funding authorities.

Candidate profile:

 Graduate, with post graduate interdisciplinary qualifications that preferably include engineering, sciences, economics, social sciences or other relevant business/policy fields. A PhD will be considered a strong asset.

 At least 3 years fulltime consulting or research experience in a field relevant to the company’s areas of activity. Greater experience is welcome and would be considered an advantage.

 Excellent written communication skills in English and Greek.

 Ability and inner interest to learn new subject matters and to acquire new knowledge.

 Ability to prioritise, organise and process large amounts of complex information under short deadlines.

Unsere Firma, mit Sitz in ASPROPIRGOS, ist Teil eines namhaften deutschen Konzerns in dermetallverarbeitenden Industrie. Wir betreuen jährlich ca. 2.000 Geschäftskunden und wickelnmehrere tausende Kundenaufträge ab.Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Griechenland (Attika) suchen wir zur sofortigen Einstellung,Mitarbeiter/-innen auf Sachbearbeiter Ebene für die Finanzbuchhaltung

Aufgabenbereich:

 Sachliche Beurteilung, Kontierung und Archivierung (DMS) von eingehenden Rechnungen,ggf. Klärung vorliegender Differenzen nach Vorgaben. (Schwerpunkt)

 Buchen von eingehenden Rechnungen und Belegen. (Schwerpunkt)

 Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen.

 Durchführen von Rechnungsabgrenzungen im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses.

 Erstellung der Jahresabschlussunterlagen nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungeneinschließlich Abstimmung mit Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer.

 Erstellung von Monatsabschlussunterlagen (z.B. Buchungsbelege fürRechnungsabgrenzungen, Rückstellungen).

 Führen der Anlagenbuchhaltung Sichtung und Verteilung der eingehenden Tagespost nach Abstimmung mit derGeschäftsleitung.(Schwerpunkt)

 Kommunikation und Schriftverkehr mit in- und externen Stellen im Rahmen derAufgabenstellung (z.B. Erstellung von Rechnungen, Statistiken). (untergeordnete Tätigkeit)Ihre Qualifikation / Stellenanforderungen

 Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung. Eingesetzte Standardsoftware istDATEV

 Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C2, idealerweise Deutsch alsMuttersprache)

 Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Fachhochschul Abschluss

 Erfahrung mit ERP/CRM/SRM, zählt als zusätzlicher Vortei

 Sicherer Umgang mit Office und Outlook

 Freundlichkeit, Belastbarkeit, und Kommunikationsstärke

 Mobilität zwecks Einarbeitung (ca. 3 Monate) und Weiterschulungen (1-2 jährlich, jeweils 1Woche) in Deutschland, Raum Nürnberg.Was wir anbieten:

Monitoring Center

Ο υποψήφιος θα αναλάβει σε συνεργασία με την έμπειρη ομάδα της εταιρίας, ενδεικτικά και όχι

περιοριστικά την απομακρυσμένη παρακολούθηση Σταθμών Παραγωγής Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας από

ΑΠΕ, τον εντοπισμό δυσλειτουργιών / βλαβών, τον τηλεχειρισμό εγκαταστάσεων, τη διατήρηση

ticketing συστήματος, την ανάλυση και προετοιμασία αναφορών.

Προσόντα

• Άριστη γνώση Γερμανικών σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο

• Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο

• Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες (κυλιόμενο ωράριο που καλύπτει 24ωρο)

• Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον

• Προϋπηρεσία σε κέντρο παρακολούθησης επιθυμητή
